2nd Speech Cnter is a voice synthesizer program, which reads the text you indicate (it is enough to copy and paste it onto the interface) out loud, and then saves it in mp3 or WAV formats. Another option in 2nd Speech Center is to read any text or group of words that you place on the Windows clipboard.The default language of 2nd Speech Center is English, but you can also download other languages, including French, Spanish and Italian.
