AmplifX is a scientific tool that works to make searches in a collection or primaries, in the same way that any molecular biologist accesses their fridge to find material for their experiments. This is the basics of the program.The AmplifX search is directed and finding those primaries that can be used to amplify a fragment of a second object, and more in particular, to design strategies to show clones recombined by PCR.Some related reports are computed automativally, TM, longitude, quality ... and others need to be given by the AmplifX user, like name, comments, etc. You can also deisng new primaries.
