CacheRight for Microsoft IIS 4/5/6 allows Web developers to easily craft and administer effective cache control policies for every Web site resource through a single rules file, freeing administrators from establishing rules in a one-off fashion and without requiring MMC access for developers.

CACHE CONTROL FOR MANY DEVELOPERS IS LIMITED TO USING THE META TAG. Unfortunately, this technique is time consuming, fails to leverage proxy caches, works poorly for HTML files, and does nothing at all for the most cache-worthy items in a site: images, PDFs, and other large binary files.
