Chatablanca 1.0.0.1 is maybe the most original, fun and friendly chat program you can find. It lets you see various webcams at the same time, and chat with them by video and voice in a comic style (though for purists there is the ordinary way as well).The program generates a type of chat city with numerous apartments, each building is organized by rooms with a maximum of six people: three male and three female, letting you chat with only the people you want to, and even vote on who is the best.
