Outbound call centre software for individuals and call centres located anywhere in the world that need to make telephone calls to Canadian residents and businesses. The software lets you search through an online telephone directory and call everyone on the search result using your computer and a voice modem or internet phone. You can also import your own lists in CSV format.
The software recognizes Canadian local and long distance numbers and can be configured to dial either or both. It tracks the calls so you get full and very detailed reports of the times that you or your agents actually spent talking on the phone. This software makes it easy to make calls to Canadian residents and businesses from anywhere in the world using an unlimited number of agents and telephone lines.
