Cutterman is an unbeatable choice to edit your MPEG1 and MPEG2 videos. You can cut, add music etc. When you want to cut an MPEG, Cutterman will let you do multiple cuts to the same file, determine the start and end frames with total precision, and choose an audio file to add to the image. Cutterman allows video files in MPEG1 and MPEG2, and MPEG1, MPEG2 (layer I-III), AC3, DTS y PCM audio formats.
