These are drop-down java menu applets available in numerous themes and suitable for a top bar navigation layout with the menu across the top of your page. Includes configuration tool. Support for true-type fonts, multiple event triggers, user-defined icons, and more. The menus have pop-up submenus, which can pop up over anything on your page - e.g. frame edges, HTML content, flash movies, etc - but are easily removed again afterwards.
