Icon Converter Plus is a complete packet to create, convert, edit and modify all types of icons. Just by following a series of steps you can use and enjoy the icons created by you yourself.Make screenshots and save them as images, or if you prefer, choose a photo stored on your PC and convert it with Icon Converter Plus into a nice icon. The only prerequisite is that the images must be one of the following formats: BMP, GIF, JPG, TIF, WMF, EMF, PNG, PCX, JP2, J2K, TGA, RAS, CUR and ANI. Icon Converter Plus has a simple and intuitve interface that lets you work without problems. Also, it offers more tools to create and personalize the images as you want, you can adjust the size to a standard one, or personalize it according to your needs. You can also work with transparencies, shading, grey scale, etc. If you are bored with your Windows icons, this is the best option, as you can design your own as you want, and use them for applications, files and folders, or share them with family and friends.
