Instantbird is a multiprotocol instant messaging client designed for the prestigious Mozilla company, which lets you access different messaging systems and networks, including various at the same time, like for example MSN, Yahoo Messenger, MySpace IM, SameTime, Simple, Netsoul, AIM, Gadu Gadu, QQ, Google Talk, XMPP, Bonjour, SILC, IRC, GroupWise and ICQ. Instantbird uses a Mozilla rendering engine to generate conversation windows. It is also interesting that it can group the conversations into tabs, something Mozilla has made popular with its own well-known browser.
