Windows Administration Use Mobile Admin to manage Microsoft Windows computers and servers from your handheld, including: Windows – restart servers; view event logs; start and stop services; Manage files, security, and print jobs; use the command prompt; and more Active Directory – reset passwords; unlock accounts; manage users, groups, and more Exchange – manage mailboxes and message queues Cluster servers – manage nodes, resources, and more IIS – manage websites, virtual directories, and FTP sites Networking – manage DNS zones, DHCP scopes, Ping, and more Lotus Domino Administration Manage Domino servers with Mobile Admin, including: People and Groups – create and edit people and groups; reset Internet passwords; and more Administration Requests – approve and reject admin requests Databases and Files – view usage, run fixup, compact, and more Domino Console – send any Domino Console command Much More – edit server documents, manage mail.box, and view event logs Novell Administration Use Mobile Admin to manage Novell NDS/eDirectory servers, including users, groups, and organizational units. Reset passwords, delete objects, and edit logon scripts. Database Administration You can even use Mobile Admin to manage databases on your network. Microsoft SQL Server – manage databases, tables, views, stored procedures, jobs, and replication; run SQL queries, and much more Oracle – manage databases, users, sessions, storage, and run SQL queries BlackBerry Enterprise Server Administration Mobile Admin also lets you manage your BES from a wireless handheld. View, add, and remove users; clear statistics; kill handhelds; reset device passwords; lock devices; and even set enterprise activation passwords remotely. Citrix Administration Use Mobile Admin to manage your Citrix servers (Citrix MetaFrame or Presentation Servers) when there are too many sessions open and you need to disconnect a user immediately Web Interface For additional flexibility, the Mobile Admin Client can be accessed on any computer or device that has a browser and an Internet connection. Integrated Lights Out (iLO) Administration It allows IT administrators viewing status of Lights Out systems and controlling the power. For example, a server that is powered off can be powered on remotely. Power — turn host power on or off, view power information UID — turn UID on or off Users — view user information Logs — view logs Settings — view global or network settings Backup Exec Administration With Idokorro Mobile Admin network administrators can check the status of backup jobs in BackUp Exec, and start jobs that have failed. Jobs — check job status, restart jobs, view historical information, manage job monitors, and more Services — start and stop services Active Alerts — respond to active alerts Devices — unlock devices, label, erase or eject tapes, and more Media — view media information Security Authentication – Integrated with Active Directory, Windows, and RSA SecurID Encryption – All Mobile Admin data is encrypted with SSL.
