mtPaint is a simple free drawing and graphic editing program, that works to create designs easily on your PC, like retouching photos or drawings that exist. mtPaint is a multiplatform utility, that thanks to its simplicity also works on PCs with old hardware. Its tecnhical requirements are the lowest.The program is developed in English, as default, but translations into Spanish, French, Portuguese and Czech are available. mtPaint is a completely free software, and you can use it, modify it and distribute it in agreement with the GPL (General Public Licence).
