MultiGet is an application that lets you manage your direct downloads. Due to advances in Internet connections, you can now download multiple files at the same time, via direct downloads. But this could also make your connection slow down, or even cut off. If this happens the best solution is to manage and organize your downloads depending on the pararmeters of your connection, and the priority you want to give to each file to be downloaded.MultiGet is a program that lets you do all these operations simply, just via a series of links. MultiGet will open them in the download box at the right moment. It works like an instant messaging system, as it lets you download files placed in hard drives of your friends, or transfers your files to theirs. MultiGet supports HTTP and FTP protocols.You can configure MultiGet to make multiple downloads at the same time, or to do a set number of downloads and, once finished, continue with the next until it has done them all. If a file hasn+t finished you can restart the download once the web server allows it. MultiGet also works with the new P2SP technology, that lets you get files from various servers and combine the data to create just one, making downloads much quicker than other normal programs.
