PDFencrypt features the ability to change security settings on PDFs as well as change the Info Tags (i.e. Document Title, Document Author, Subject, Keywords, and Creator). User of the product can decrypt PDFs without the master password, only the user password (password to view) is required. PDFs can be encrypted with either 40-bit Standard Encryption or 128-bit Advanced Encryption. Permissions can be set for either encryption types, specifying whether or not users can print, assemble, edit, extract content, and more.
