Please Install it from the microsoft's download site.Encrypting: To encrypt a file, you have two options. Either you can use a password or a password_file. After selecting the option, press the Encrypt button to encrypt the file. The encrypted file is stored in the same directory, with .ENCRYPTED appended to the filename. For example, a file TEST.TXT will be renamed TEST.TXT.ENCRYPTEDNOTE: The program generates a Hash from the given password or password_file, and then, uses it to encrypt the given file. There are no limits on the password length (32768 digits) , or the password_file. The password_file can be any file present on your computer. As an one way Hash is generated, if you forget the password or lose the password_file it is impossible to recover the original file. So, you must NOT forget the password or delete/lose the password_file, or you will not be able to decrypt the encrypted file.Decrypting: To decrypt a file you must enter/select the same password/password_file used to encrypt te file and then press the Decrypt Button. The decrypted file is stored in the same directory, with .DECRYPTED appended to its name. For example, a file TEST.TXT will be renamed TEST.DECRYPTED.TXT.Important: Do not lose the password or password_file used to encrypt.This program requires .NET Framework to be installed on your computer. Dot Net Framework can be downloaded from the microsoft's download site; .NET Framework 3.0 is preferred.
