Icon Pilot 5.17 is a complete utility to manage icon libraries, and a powerful editor for the creation/editing of existing icons.The editor that comes integrated lets you create icons from nothing or from an existing photo that will be transformed into an icon with the characteristics the user specifies.With each of the icons (whether creating or editing) you can work with a high level of detail, applying a series of effects to each layer (like you do in PhotoShop) that makes up the icon drawing (for example, transparencies, RGB channels, change the colour, smoothing, shading, etc).
