The iDeaS emulator is able to emulate the ARM7 GBA processor 100% (used in the Game Boy Advanced) and the ARM9 90%.The touch screen characteristics of the DS are replaced by the cursor instead of the hand. The rest of the controls are done via the keyboard. The plug-in system originally came from the UltraHLE N64, so it already has support without the need to look for the source code.
