A while ago Microsoft published a security bulletin advising about security problems detected in its MSN Chat. In order to solve this problem there is this small patch for the following programs: Microsoft MSN Chat Control, Microsoft MSN Messenger 4.5 and 4.6 that include MSN Chat Control and Microsoft Exchange Instant Messenger 4.5 and 4.6.
