Picture To Icon is a program that lets you convert any image in your PC into an icon. These icons are completely compatible with Windows, and you can use them, for example, like shortcuts to your programs.To create the icons you can capture a part of the screen of the Windows desktop, of a program or you can capture an image or digital photo in BMP, JPEG, GIF, CUR and WMF formats and convert them to BMP. You can extract icons from runnable files like .exe, .dll, .ocx, etc. The icons created with Picture To Icon can have 256 colours, their true colour, or if you prefer you can modify this, and it also lets you create transparent icons.Picture To Icon automatically redimensions the size of the icons and saves them in the Windows icon library. You can change the icon size from 1x1 to 240x240. As a new thing in respect to other programs in this category, Picture To Icon lets you create multiple icons into just one file.
