Rigs of Rods (also known as RoR) is a simulator that will delight driving fans who prefer more than one vehicle. With RoR you can drive a truck, a car, a plane, a ship, etc all in the same program. Also, if the user doesn+t like the included vehicles, they can download others from the author+s website.What Rigs of Rods does differently to other simulators is that the vehicles+chassis and wheels are simulated in real time as flexible objects, giving a simulation that+s closer to the real thing and reaches surprising levels.The simulation level is spectacular, and the attention to detail is able to challenge the belief of the user, like for example, to start the car the player must turn the key before selecting a gear. The gears can be auto, semi-auto or manual, and each vehicle has its own characteristics.To increase further the sensation of realism, it offers diverse landscapes, where you can see leafy zones, eroded zones or water.
