RouteWriter is a new add-in for Microsoft MapPoint that exports route waypoints and matching pushpins to either an Excel spreadsheet or to a text file. Although MapPoint has an 'export to Excel' option, this is incapable of exporting pushpins in route order. RouteWriter exports the waypoints/pushpins in route order. RouteWriter can also write rest breaks, the waypoint distance, time, coordinate, address data, and all available pushpin data fields. It can also batch over-ride the stop times, and calculate the optimum waypoint order if required. Supports: Windows 2000, XP, and Vista. Requires: MapPoint 2002,2004, or 2006 (North America or Europe). Excel is also recommended but not required.
