Eleventh version of the universal Microsoft player, in the XP 64-bit version for almost all multimedia files, or at least that`s what they say...In this version they have concentrated on giving you a new graphic appearance, that doesn`t use up resources, and makes recording easier; record WMA files directly to audio CD and viceversa, that saves time and makes the operation simpler.They have optimized the jukebox characteristics, which keeps resource use normal, and they even say resource use is less than earlier versions (which we can`t confirm, but we haven`t noticed an increase in resource use either).Apart from internal improvements (that are patented), the external appearance is a little different, as it doesn`t look as rough as other versions. They have also made the library manager easier to use, but without any important changes. If you know the earlier versions, you won`t have any problems managing your multimedia files easily.In summary, a new version, without many new external things, but is another step in the right direction towards the perfect player.
