Apparently a program like xCat Network Leds 1.10 isn`t very useful but could be curious to have. It is an odd way to see the condition of your Internet connection. The program lets you control the speed by looking at the keyboard leds (the lower case and scroll to be exact) that blink to the rhythm of the connection. In other words, in place of looking at the lights on your modem or router, you look at the leds, making this a very odd program indeed.
