EtherDetect Packet Sniffer is a tool that works to spy and monitor network data packets. In other words, what is commonly known as a network protocol analyzer. EtherDetect Packet Sniffer captures complete TCP/IP packets, and organizes TCP connections or UDP threads. This program works to capture and group all the network traffic and lets you view in real time all the details and data of each packet that circulates a network. You can also establish filters based on IP connections and ports, and capture file traffic to revise it and study it later. The integrated viewer has support for syntax highlighting in HTML, ASP and XML languages. EtherDetect Packet Sniffer uses a WinPCAP tool, but don+t worry if you don+t have it installed in your PC because it comes included in the program.
