Fx MPEG Writer 9.0 is an interesting tool which lets you convert video files created with digital stills directly to MPEG1, VCD, AVI, MPEG2 (SuperVCD) or to DVD.The program does a capture from the HD TV-out of the digital device (and other formats like DV, VOB or AVI), and it converts them to the format selected by the user, recording the codecs needed for the correct visualization of that video.
