Formally Tenant Billing. This program will manage rental properties ie: Houses, Factories, Condominiums etc. Recommended for use by Property Owners or Managers. Handles up to 9 separate companies with up to 600 properties and Tenants each. Saves information on each Property and Tenant which is entered into the Database. At the end of each billing period, the bills (invoices) are calculated ready for printing. Multiple Reports can be produced. Handles State and Federal taxes. Displays Property photos. Handles one off and regular charges. Maintains a History activity file for each property.
