OpenLM is a floating license booster for ESRI ArcGIS. It allows system managers to boost the usage of the existing pool of floating licenses by releasing the license back to the pool when the software is idle. OpenLM is designed to fill the gap between existing features available in any floating license manager and the tools missing from the user's arsenal for optimal use.
