Task-Planner addresses the problem: Who is to do what and when.
To this end Task Planner's main planning board contains two schedules :
1. the activity schedule
2. the working hours schedule
and an automatic assignment procedure based on competences required by the tasks and competences offered by the employees.
This unique approch pinpoints the scheduling problem and ensures that you get the jobs assigned and with the right staff.
If the schedule expedites a recurrent pattern a template covering the pattern can be formulated.
Templates look and behaves exactly as the main planning board and is therefore a great simulation tool.
Generating a plan using templates is done by pressing a button and is a matter of seconds.
What remains is handling the daily exceptions, the consequences of which are clearly visible in the main planning board.
The planning boards of Task-Planner has the look and feel of the familiar planning board.
Task-Planner is applicable in health care, kindergarten, facility service business and other sites where the tasks and working hours exhibit a recurring pattern.
