RasterVect can convert raster images (JPEG,BMP,TIFF...) to a vector format. Raster drawings can be imported by scanning paper drawings. Output vector formats (DXF,EMF,WMF,EPS and AI) are used by most CAD / vector programs (Corel Draw, AutoCAD).
